TH 0-1 + TH 1-60 drop Dosage

To determine a close TH 0 accurately and measure TH between 1-60. 

Same as KITTH0-1 with in addition the measurement of TH range 1-60 (with method 1 only reagent).

eagents measure TH0 in 30 ml (possible on request to have them in 65ml)
Reagent measures TH 1-60 in 65ml.
